NHS Partners

We are working with NHS Trusts, GP practices and healthcare professionals across the UK, to ensure end of life, and bereavement teams are fully resourced with a comprehensive signposting tool.

Thank you to the teams working within these NHS Trusts, who have committed to fund the Good Grief Condolence and Signposting card, as an essential part of their toolkit.

The cards offer immediate signposting for anyone grieving, under any circumstance to access a choice of tailored bereavement services.

Our database lists 1000+ charities, support groups, helplines under one umbrella.

Please use our UK Map, if you are looking to find local support for a patient's relative or friend wherever they live in the UK.
