The Swan Song Project is a charity that supports people to celebrate life and leave unique legacies in song. Our team of songwriters work with people living with terminal illnesses or dealing with a bereavement to write and record their own original song. These songs can then live on providing comfort and joy for years to come. The Swan Song Project is based in Leeds but now offers its service nationwide.
