Walk and Talk – Suffolk
Supportive walks give you the opportunity to connect with nature and the TCF community in your local area, whilst remembering your beloved child, sibling or grandchild. All walks are open to parents, siblings (18+) and grandparents bereaved 3 months or more. Saturday 1 November meeting at 10.15am with Shirley and Teresa.

Grief Fest
We’ll be celebrating the achievements of over 150 Bereavement Champions trained across our community, launching our Train-the-Trainer program, and hearing from guest speakers including Benjamin May from The New Normal and local bereavement charities. There will also be networking opportunities with community partners to strengthen bereavement support.
