CRY Ireland (Cardiac Risk in the Young) was founded in March 2002 by parents who had experienced the effects of sudden and unexplained death within their families. The objectives of CRY are:
· To raise awareness of the condition known as Sudden Cardiac Death or Sudden Adult Death Syndrome through media campaigns and public information meetings.
· Provide counselling and support to families affected through our Family Support Programme – if you would like to speak to someone please get in touch – email: [email protected]
· Support the CRY Centre where families affected and individuals at risk can be evaluated.
