AtaLoss.org provides the UK’s signposting website for the bereaved. Widely used by local authorities, the government, NHS, Care England, the funeral industry, bereavement charities and organisations across the UK, the website offers easy and accurate signposting to national and local support services, as well as information and resources for anyone who has been bereaved. It hosts a free live chat counselling service and currently has dedicated pages for bereavement during the Covid-19 pandemic. The charity is also involved in a coalition project equipping churches and faith groups throughout the UK to provide bereavement support to their local communities.
