This week is National Grief Awareness Week and I will be in the cafe from 10.30am with information about the Good Grief Trust. We are an Umbrella Charity that lists over 1000 Charities, large and small dealing with Grief and Bereavement. If you’re in Newport, pop in and say Hello and take a card. You may not need it now yourself, but you will have the Information to keep and help a loved one or friend when they do.
