Formed with the support of the the Fleetwood Primary Care Network Social Prescribers, the group is a friendly, welcoming space for people following the loss of a loved-one or preparing for end-of-life.
They meet fortnightly on Wednesdays at the United Reformed Church, Dronsfield Road from 1.30pm. There’s one get-together left this year before the Christmas break and 2025’s dates. Enjoy a brew and biscuits, and pick up a range of information on further support in the local community.
