‘During Grief Awareness Week the Canny Death Collective will be hosting a Walk and Talk through Herrington Country Park in Sunderland. The idea is to enjoy a walk in the park, chatting and enjoying nature, and maybe ending up in Love Lily cafe at the end for cake.
If the topic of grief comes up, the Canny Death Collective are here for that. We are a group of local people who all work in various ways at the end of life, with death and with grief. We are funeral directors, celebrants, end of life doulas, community educators and financial advisors. We all share a passion for making conversations about death and grief less taboo.
